Moroun should not be able to purchase the bridge-building franchise for Detroit -Windsor. Canada has opposed Moroun and has offered to pay the U.S. share. I am all for the Canadian proposal as the best deal for Michigan. It introduces competition among bridges and is priced right for Michigan.
